FREE EVENT! The Shaw Institute continues the 20th season of its Environmental Speaker Series. On July 12, we present James Brown, Ph.D., from Arizona State University’s renowned Biodesign Center for Sustainable Macromolecular Materials and Manufacturing. Dr. Brown will highlight his pivotal research on material design, plastics recycling, and how creating eco-friendly replacements for dangerous chemicals, such as PFAS, can lead us to a more sustainable future.

RECEPTION begins at 5pm and will feature wine and cheese courtesy of the Blue Hill Wine Shop.

TALK by Dr. James Brown begins at 6pm. Come join the conversation!

Can’t make it in person? No worries, the lecture will be presented live on Zoom, which you can access HERE. The Zoom will also be recorded and posted on our YouTube channel by July 14, 2023.
